Translation

MediaScribe uses machine translation services provided by AWS.

Generative AI

MediaScribe does not use generative AI.

Training data was sourced from publicly available corpuses, other publicly available data, and commercially purchased corpuses.

Customer data usage

Customer data is not used in the training of ML/AI models.

Data in transit

Data in transit from/to the MediaScribe appliance is encrypted via SSL/HTTPS.

Data at rest

Data on the MediaScribe appliance is not encrypted. This includes but is not limited to recorded audio/video files, transcripts and translations, and meta data.

No data is persisted in the MediaScribe cloud or other service providers
